All internet tiara or crown orders over $215/£130 receive $45/£25 of free jewellery. This can include earrings, a pendant, or a tie-pin. Just mention the special offer in any correspondance with us to avail of this offer. Hair clips that match the style of a tiara are available for bridesmaids and are priced at around £25/$45 depending on the style.
Placing an Order
To place an order simply use our shopping basket system by clicking on the BUY button beside any of our products. Once you have selected all your required items click on the Checkout button at the top right of the site. You will be given the opportunity to add or remove items before then proceeding on to our secure server to complete the transaction. All products on our website are sample designs and none are mass produced. We only hold a minimal amount of stock since a tiara or crown is recreated only upon request. This means that you will always receive a truly unique design.
Commissioned Orders
For commissioned work we will gladly phone you to talk the design through - simply click here and fill out the form providing us with a suitable time to call. Commissioned work will normally take an extra 2 to 3 weeks over the normal lead time.
Delivery
Once an order has been received the normal lead times are as follows
- 3 weeks for US, Canadian and European orders
- 5 weeks for US, Canadian and European commissioned orders
Please contact us for information on delivery times for countries outside the US, Canada and Europe. Please inform us if an order is required urgently.
All orders incur a small delivery charge. This will be advised at time of order.
Refunds & Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods or an incorrect order we will give you a full refund if the order is returned within 7 days of receipt.* If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase the item(s) will be exchanged or adapted to your requirements at no extra cost.*
Payment
Full payment is required on all orders prior to shipment. We accept the following methods of payment:
- Visa, MasterCard, and Eurocard
- Cheques/checks payable to "Celtic Bride" (An order cannot be processed until the check is received)
- UK postal order
Credit cards are not debited and checks are not lodged until an order is dispatched.
* For UK and Ireland customers Celtic Bride will incur any resulting delivery costs; international customers must incur any such charges.
